LETTING THE MIND AND BRUSH WONDER
Watercolour exploration is another creative outlet for the mind. The fluid lines and lack of structure is a great balance to the structured process of letterpress printing. As an artist I love to explore and push myself to create new things that bring me joy and balance.

This watercolour series brings me much creative and meditative joy! I integrated these to my meditation practice to calm my mind. They come from a place of stillness and intuition. It’s an end product that comes from a place of surrender. Trusting that the artwork will flow and create a sense of movement and energy. Leaving the imagination open to interpretation.
THE PROCESS
I begin by sketching a loose image of the subject with a pencil. Watercolour is then added in very organic and soft manner. My energy then shifts with the flow of the pen. It’s almost like I am following a frequency wave that I cannot see, but only feel. These energetic pieces are only available as originals.
